EXCHANGE & RETURN
Zaid Made accepts return and exchange requests for unused products within 14 days from the date the order is delivered, provided that the request is submitted in writing.
Custom-made or personalized products prepared upon customer request cannot be returned or exchanged.
Items requested for return or exchange must be sent back in their original condition, free from defects, and with all original packaging and accessories. For faulty or defective items, you must notify Zaid Made in writing within 2 days of the delivery date.
Please note that products remain under your responsibility until they reach Zaid Made, and the return shipping cost must be covered by the customer. Once your return package is received, the product’s condition will be inspected and you will receive a confirmation email regarding your request. All eligible return or exchange requests will be processed within 10 business days.
